You may request a full refund at any time before your order has entered production or shipped.
After shipping:
Due to the nature of this product and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the kit has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days or delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
